Q1. What is your packaging policy?
Answer: Generally speaking, we pack the products in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can put the product in your branded box after receiving your authorization.
Q2. What are your payment terms?
A: T/T 30% as a deposit, 70% before delivery.
Before we pay the balance, we will show you the product and package photos.
Q3. What are your delivery terms?
Answer: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q4. What is your delivery time?
A: Generally, it takes 10 to 15 days after receiving the advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the item and quantity of your order.
